Waterfront

Due to exposure even on the hottest days, there is a breeze = no need for air conditioning unlike the backside of the island.

8 seat white square table, 4 pine chairs with woven seats, 4 black viny metal chairs, Tiffany-style hanging light. Ceiling fan. 6’ sliding doors to deck. Curtains on wood rail. Accessible attic storage space.

Master bedroom
Back east corner. Queen-sized bed (mattress only), pine dresser, mirror, 3 lamps, 2 bedside storage boxes, card table, ceiling light/fan fixture, wall hanger for & large hammock (not shown). Large picture window. Venetian blind.

Bathroom
Back middle, next to master bedroom. Glass corner shower, toilet with oak seat, sink with large counter, drawer unit & lower cabinet. Portable clothes drying rack. Washing machine, laundry tub. 40 gal. water heater enclosed in cedar paneling. Cedar ceiling. Wall light fixture over mirror. Built-in shelves over toilet. North facing sliding window & skylight.

Middle bedroom
Back centre. Bunk beds, pine dresser, lamp, pine panel ceiling & light fixture. North facing sliding window. The pine cabinet door conceals the 100 amp electrical panel.

Back & west side. Two narrow beds & mattresses, portable 2-door closet, pine panel ceiling, light/fan fixture. West facing sliding window with old Canada map roller blind (not shown) used as a shade.

Outdoor
· Attached 15’ & 10' x 36’ cedar deck, no railing, 3 sets of stairs or steps. 2/3rds of the cedar decking replaced in 2010.
